Who We Are
We are a full service Outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health Treatment Center located in Lake Mary, Florida. We focus our program toward developing partnerships with each client and their families who are looking for assistance with healing their substance abuse or mental health concerns. What is unique about our program is that we treat each client as an individual and develop a program that is exclusive to that person. Dr Patrick Nave has over 25 years of counseling experience in Washington, California and Florida and utilizes a modified cognitive-behavioral approach in dealing with all addiction issues. What We Offer
Sojourners offers "individualized" outpatient care where participants remain at home while attending our program. We accept MOST insurance programs so that each person can actually utilize their insurance for treatment. Each participant in our program is assessed to determine their level of care and we work together to develop a treatment plan. Our Specialty
We believe in a person to person interaction. Research demonstrates that individualized care is the best treatment approach and so we develop a plan for each person utilizing community resources as well as our own. We utilize a multi-disciplinary approach to treating individuals and we emphasize an open environment where healing of the whole person can take place--person, mind, body, and spirit. We offer a specialized program for teens. Sunday at 1pm and Wednesday at 5pm we offer groups and then meet with them individually throughout the week as well.
