About Us
Sobriety Solutions of Pennsylvania is located conveniently in the heart of Montgomery County, in Plymouth Meeting. Sobriety Solutions is fully capable of diagnosing and helping to treat a wide variety of Substance Use Disorders, including but not limited to alcohol, cocaine, opioids, and amphetamine misuse. We treat adults and offer multiple levels of outpatient care. Located on Germantown Pike, we are a a very accessible program to those in the surrounding towns and cities.
Substance Use Treatment
Sobriety Solutions offers Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP). Our levels of care, with the exception of PHP, are available and offered to both morning and evening. We offer CBT, DBT, individual and group therapy sessions, medication management, evaluations, and psychiatric services all in house.

Sobriety Solutions of Pennslyvania offers a skills based DBT group where individuals are given the opportunity to focus on learning about Dialectics and Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation and Distress Tolerance. We have heard many examples of individuals who have practiced and implemented skills learned and found that they have been helpful and effective in their lives, specifically when it comes to interacting with people whose relationships have value and when needing options to help self soothe when emotionally dysregulated or in emotional distress. Individuals have the opportunity to learn what skills they need most and how to practice these skills for proficiency.
