Comprehensive Mental Health Treatment
We offer a comprehensive approach to mental illness in an intensive outpatient program aimed to address both the unique and broad mental health issues people face on a daily basis. Our program is tailored to treat a wide range of disorders including depression, anxiety, grief, and other mood disorders. For those suffering from co-occurring substance abuse disorders, we provide recovery groups in addition to other treatment modalities. Intensive Outpatient Programs
Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) are small-group mental health educational programs that deliver a balance of support and structure to quickly improve an individual's daily functioning. The programs are designed to help participants resolve immediate problem areas and develop skills to sustain long-term growth. Each program meets three times per week for three hours per day. Intensive Outpatient Programs are designed specifically for individuals experiencing difficulties requiring a higher level of care than weekly one-on-one therapy. Our Intensive Outpatient Programs also can help avoid hospitalization or serve as a transition from inpatient treatment. Intensive Outpatient Programs are also ideal for stabilizing those with a history of relapse or emotional instability Mental health treatment involves a highly organized treatment team approach, involving both individual therapy and medication education and management. The hope with this approach is that individuals can make a positive, lasting change to the way they approach their problems. Treatment Services
