Our team is made up of a group of dedicated and compassionate doctoral students who work with individual clients to identify their values and goals and come up with individualized treatment plans guided by evidence-based practice. Doctoral student therapists are supervised by licensed psychologists, including SMU faculty members and experts in the treatment of depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, and psychotic spectrum disorders. Groups
Thriving with Adult ADHD: A Skills-Based Approach
Join us for a 10-week group where you can learn strategies and tools to better manage your life, your work or school, and your relationships. This group will run on Thursdays from October 2nd, 2025- December 11th, 2025 from 5-6:30 pm. It also includes individual weekly sessions (virtual, approximately 30-45 minutes) to tailor the interventions to your needs and troubleshoot other areas that may be impacting you. The cost is $350 for the 10 weeks, and includes weekly group sessions, as well as individual sessions. Please contact our clinic to be considered for the group!
