About Us
SMH Academy serves young adults ages 18–26 navigating mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, mood and emotional regulation difficulties, and neurodivergent conditions such as autism and ADHD. Many residents are working through a difficult transition into adulthood struggling with motivation, structure, relationships, or independent living skills. Our program suits those who benefit from a supportive, structured residential setting, consistent routine, and neurodiversity-affirming care, alongside therapy and medication management when clinically indicated.
How can we help?
SMH Academy uses a whole-person treatment approach — nutrition, exercise, sleep, and community alongside therapy and medication management. Residents follow a structured routine in a supportive, home-like setting. Our earned-incentive framework builds skills through positive reinforcement, never punishment, with neurodiversity-affirming care throughout.
