Zion Recovery is a Christian based, licensed mental health and substance use disorder treatment program that helps those enslaved by depression, drugs, alcohol, anxiety, mental health, chronic pain, disease, PTSD, and many other disorders to return to their families and communities free of these issues and in control of their lives. Our program is different than a traditional 12-step treatment program. Because we see addiction as a multi-faceted disease that impacts different aspects of an indvidual's well-being, we provide a variety of behavioral therapies, family therapy, physician-directed care, and Medication-Assisted treatment when clinically indicated. Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) gives individuals new aptitudes to oversee excruciating feelings and reduce interpersonal frustrations. DBT explicitly centers around giving restorative abilities in four crucial aspects. Mindfulness centers around improving a person's capacity to acknowledge and be available in the moment. Distress tolerance is designed for expanding an individual's resilience of negative feeling, as opposed to attempting to escape from it. Emotional regulation consists of tools to oversee and change extreme feelings that are messing up an individual's life. Interpersonal effectiveness comprises of methods that permit an individual to speak with others in a manner that is confident and assertive, keeps up confidence and self respect, and reinforces connections and relationships.

Lumos Youth Counseling services is dedicated to serving children with autism, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, mood disorders, personality disorders and addiction recovery issues. At Center for Human Potential, located in downtown Salt Lake City, we focus on helping people achieve balance and fulfillment. We have many talented psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists able to help children, adolescents, adults, and seniors with a variety of difficulties. We provide counseling to individuals, couples, and families. We also prescribe psychiatric medication and offer psychological testing to screen for ADHD and learning disabilities. We accept most health insurance plans and offer a sliding fee scale, based on income level, for those without insurance.

The Fearless Kind is a residential treatment facility for women seeking recovery from co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. We offer 24/7 supervision in a safe and structured environment. Depending on the patient's unique needs, we offer 30, 60, and 90-day programs. We help women to heal from the past and develop new life trajectories for the future. We are an established dual-diagnosis residential treatment center with the primary purpose of helping clients recover from substance use disorders. We also have the capability to treat underlying mental and emotional symptoms of substance use such as major depression, generalized anxiety, trauma/PTSD, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders.
