Focus provides compassionate, comprehensive care with experienced, master's level clinicians. Our intensive outpatient (IOP) program is designed for individuals (ages 13 and up) who are struggling with eating disorders (such as binge eating, bulimia, anorexia, avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder). Additionally, we offer outpatient psychotherapy and counseling services for mental health support, specializing in the areas of life transitions, stress, grief, mood disorders (anxiety, depression), trauma, eating disorders, food/body image (emotional eating, stress eating, compulsive overeating, exercise addiction), as well as nutritional guidance (meal planning, food allergies, special dietary restrictions) with our registered dietitian.
