The Ness Center at Northlake is where healing begins. We are able to provide outpatient opiate and/or alcohol detox for clients that are appropriate for the outpatient setting, should detox be required. We are also a MAT (medication assisted therapy) provider and can prescribe Suboxone and Vivitrol as well as other medications at the discretion of our medical director. We can fill prescriptions onsite and right away. We provide group and individual counseling along with Continuing Care for up to six months. Our program is based on total sobriety and we encourage our clients to attend 12 step groups as well, but it is not required. The IOP requires a commitment of 4 days a week for three hours a day. We offer day group from 10-1 and evening group from 6-9.

Evolve Danville offers outpatient treatment for teens ages 12-17 who struggle with mental health, addiction, and/or behavioral issues. Our licensed, specialized staff utilize evidence-based treatments such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), individual and family therapy, multifamily groups, parent support groups, psychiatry, daily group sessions and psychoeducation. Many of our adolescents struggle with emotion dysregulation and may display high-risk or self-harming behaviors. DBT is research-proven to help reduce these issues. Through DBT, we teach our patients the skills needed for distress tolerance, improved impulse control, emotion regulation, and effective communication. Teens also receive daily academic support and participate in experiential therapies such as music, art, mindfulness, yoga, and hiking. Additionally, we integrate addiction recovery modalities such as Relapse Prevention, DBT for Substance Abuse, SMART Recovery, and 12-Step support programs.
