Groups
CBT Group Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy focuses on encouraging individuals to challenge distorted thoughts & beliefs, eliminate unwanted behaviors, increase confidence, self-esteem and the sense of serenity. We will use the CBT Skills Building exercises to build new coping skills, build confidence, self-esteem and interpersonal relationship skills. Learn and implement positive sense of self, improve coping skills, decrease symptoms of depression & Anxiety. This is a 10 week therapeutic group, 2 hours per group, with an average of 6-8 participants. Activities will include: Art Therapy, meditation, discussion, psycho-educational materials.
