We work with most major insurance providers and work collaboratively with payers to optimize coverage for families. Many young adults who receive treatment from Newport Institute using insurance coverage do so through a Single Case Agreement, a special contract through which out-of-network providers can work with a family’s insurance company on an In-Network basis. Newport Institute maintains a full-time, in-house team dedicated to supporting families through the mental health insurance coverage and financing process. In order to secure sufficient insurance coverage, we will most likely need to conduct a series of clinical reviews and any requested provider-to-provider calls with the insurance company. While other facilities may charge for this service, we feel it is our responsibility to assist families with what can be a complex process. Our goal is to ensure that families receive the maximum coverage, so they can access the highest-quality treatment.

Cross Keys Equine Therapy provides equine-assisted services to individuals, couples, families and groups, which is separated into Trauma-Focused Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (TF-EAP) and Trauma-Informed Equine Assisted Learning (TI-EAL). We help our clients take ownership of truths in their lives by allowing horses to teach them how to be authentic, and present; how to seek open and honest communication with others; and how to take care of themselves by giving and receiving trust and respect. Our TF-EAP sessions are facilitated by either a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or a Supervisee in Social Work which ensures high-quality and ethical mental health services. These mental health professionals serve on a team with an equine professional and the horse.

At Dominion Care, our Sequoia Substance Use Program provides passionate, innovative, and therapeutic interventions. Care is what we do. Our program is designed to help people in multiple stages of change by offering multiple group options to meet their needs, as well as individual therapy.
