Our program can be utilized as a first attempt at treatment, or as a step-down in care from inpatient treatment, allowing a safe, gradual reintegration into the community. An IOP is a treatment program designed to help individuals develop the coping skills necessary to recover from substance abuse, while still living at home. This allows clients the opportunity to attend treatment while maintaining their personal, professional, or scholastic responsibilities. At Sarasota Addiction Specialists, we employ a team of highly trained, certified and licensed professionals to create and implement a personalized treatment plan for our clients to achieve sustained recovery. Our program is set up to be customizable, with tracts ranging from six weeks to six months. Each week consists of a minimum of nine hours of group therapy, with the option of additional individual counseling. In addition to standard weekly urine testing for drug monitoring, Sarasota Addiction Specialists offers the Soberlink remote alcohol monitoring companion. Soberlink combines a professional grade Breathalyzer that is wirelessly connected to a cloud-based web portal. The technology uses facial recognition to confirm identity, tamper resistant sensors to ensure integrity of the tests, and automation to create a seamless monitoring solution. Here at Sarasota Addiction Specialists, we understand that the road to recovery from substance abuse can be a challenging one, which is why we offer Day/Night Treatment (DNT) to support individuals as they work toward lasting recovery. Day/Night Treatment, also commonly called PHP (partial hospitalization program), is designed for individuals who require more intensive treatment than traditional Outpatient or IOP care, but who do not need the round-the-clock supervision of a residential program.
