As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I bring experience from inpatient, outpatient, and ICU settings. I believe healing begins with honest reflection and a clear path forward. My approach is direct, compassionate, and evidence-based. I help patients move through anxiety, depression, trauma, and complex psychiatric challenges. Fluent in English and Spanish, I aim to create a space where you can confront what’s difficult, build on your strengths, and pursue a life of meaning.

My ideal client feels stuck, whether it’s anxiety, depression, grief, or relationship issues. They want clarity, peace, and a deeper connection to themselves and others. They’re not just looking to fix symptoms, but to understand the patterns shaping their life. They need a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore who they are and where they’re headed. They want to feel grounded, whole, and open to change.
