Sage Prairie patients often come to us after they have struggled with substance use disorder, using alcohol, opiates, stimulants (amphetamines or methamphetamines). For many it is the first time they have reached out for help, and some have been to numerous other treatment facilities and have not been successful with long term recovery. Sage Prairie meets patients where they are at. We offer a wide range of services including: medication management (suboxone, naltrexone, vivirol, injectable suboxone, Narcan), CD assessment, assistance with drug or alcohol related legal problems, motivation concerns, mindfulness education, onsite mental health practioner, spiritual concerns, and holistic care (massage, acupuncture, biofeedback, hypnosis). We cannot judge our patients for their disease, nor their method of recovery! We offer the following: Substance Use Assessments/Rule 25 Assessments, Day and Evening Treatment Services for Men and Women over 18 years (Individual and Group), MD evaluations for medication management of Substance Abuse (suboxone, vivitrol, sublocade, naltrexone), Chemical Dependency Toxicology Testing (Urinalysis/Blood tests), Outpatient/Ambulatory Medical Withdrawal Assistance, overdose prevention and education, holistic services (massage, acupuncture, biofeedback). We employ evidence based treatments according to the American Society of Addiction Medicine and SAMHSA. Our group treatment hours depend on location: Burnsville: 5:30 to 8:30 pm and 12:00 to 3:00 pm one to three weekdays; Eagan: 5:00 to 8:00 pm and 11:00 to 2:00 pm one to three weekdays each week depending on individual client needs. Our trained staff includes: Certified Addiction Registered Nurses, Licensed Counselors, Drug and Alcohol Counselors, Recovery coaches and a Board Certified Medical Addiction Doctor. Intensive Outpatient Substance Use Treatment Eagan
Sage Prairie offers intensive outpatient treatment with or without patient housing in the Eagan area. Patients live in safe and stable housing while attending treatment during the day. They are offered all services and housing is free while patients are attending intensive treatment.
