With that in mind I expanded my practice,with a select group of therapists to join Lieberman Clinical Services. Together we explore your relationships and other situations in your life. This exploration leads to insights and understanding, giving you an ability to change your reactions, behaviors, and decisions creating a healthier and more fulfilling life.
The goal of couple therapy is to strengthen the relationship. We examine the interactions between the couple, exploring perceptions about each other and communication patterns. This will lead to a better understanding of each other. Ultimately each person will choose to change, where they can, maximizing the relationship and becoming more intimate.
Although parents and Children love each other; frustration, anger and resentment can overtake spiral the relationship towards hate and rage. We will examine the relationship, understand each other's feelings and conflicted goals and work together to respectfully disagree where necessary, compromise where possible and make change towards a healthier relationship.
