Exceptional Therapeutic Services for Youth!
Helping children, youth and young adults (ages 0-26) find their path to healing and hope is at the core of Ryther’s work. We can only achieve this by focusing on the whole child and striving for excellence while offering an array of services to best meet the needs of the community we serve. Our programs provide treatment for anxiety, eating disorders, depression, ADHD/ADD, substance use, trauma, and more. Our services include: Intensive Outpatient (COD & DBT) for youth struggling with mental health, substance use, or other behavioral health concerns • Partial Hospitalization (PHP) to treat eating disorders or anxiety and OCD • Therapy and Family Services for individual/group therapy and wraparound services • Neurodiverse Services for neurodivergent and neurotypical youth to support social and emotional development.
Ryther's NEW Programs!
Partial Hospitalization (PHP) for Eating Disorder Recovery focuses on treating restrictive eating disorders requiring intensive intervention for youth of all genders, ages 8-16, particularly those who may not be successful in other programs. Our team serves the young person and their family through the practice of Family-Based Treatment (FBT) • Partial Hospitalization (PHP) for Anxiety and OCD focuses on helping neurodivergent and neurotypical youth, ages 8-14, gain skills and strategies to progress toward stability and improved functioning in an inclusive environment. • Co-Occurring Disorder Intensive Outpatient (COD IOP) focuses on helping teens, ages 13-18, gain skills to address and overcome mental health and substance use challenges. • Dialectical Behavior Therapy Intensive Outpatient (DBT IOP) serves teens 13-18 with acute mental health needs. This program is designed for teens who are experiencing suicidal ideation, self-harm, school avoidance/failure, chronic interpersonal challenges, and feelings of low self-worth.
Ryther's Evidence-based Treatments:
We focus on the whole person, not just their diagnosis. Our mission is to help young people develop an improved sense of belonging, self-development, and confidence. On a 9-acre campus specifically designed for youth, we utilize a treatment approach that celebrates the client’s unique self while providing skills to help them address mental health, substance use, and/or behavioral health challenges. Our evidence-based treatments include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and more. Other therapies include experiential and expressive arts, narrative, solution-focused, play, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
