What is River Rock Treatment?
River Rock Treatment is a clinically driven outpatient substance use and mental health treatment center located in Burlington, Vermont. We provide a supportive, safe, and healing environment for men and women (18+) seeking a lasting and meaningful recovery. At River Rock Treatment we have multiple levels of care: Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Outpatient Program (OP). We are committed to providing a treatment experience in which each participant is helped to stabilize and given the practical tools and skills to overcome substance addiction and mental health disorders; while remaining in their day to day environments. We believe each participant can recover and their well-being is an integral part in that process. Our warm environment offers clinically based, trauma informed treatment for a wide range of substance use and mental health disorders.

We do this through individual and group therapy grounded in a strong clinical curriculum of evidence-based and trauma informed treatment alongside coping skills, exercise, case management, and recovery coaching.

In addition to therapy case management, recovery coaching services, and lifestyle practice will also be implemented into the curriculum to help each participant rediscover their purpose and passion.
