Mental Health Outpatient Treatment (PHP/IOP)
Our mission is to help people recognize the unique value of their life and improve their overall health and wellness. Rising Phoenix Wellness Services employs an expert clinical team of providers including licensed therapists, a psychiatrist who specializes in both mental health and addiction treatments, a nutritionist and health coach, a yoga instructor, case managers, and other professional staff. Our long term treatment care model is intended to address the growing mental health and substance use concerns impacting our community today. We utilize evidence-based and integrative therapeutic practices while focusing on the client's own strengths to recover. Rising Phoenix Wellness Services serves adults aged 18 years and older who are struggling with various mental health issues resulting in impaired functioning and maladaptive behaviors. Our clients come to us from diverse backgrounds and present with various psychosocial stressors, family of origin issues, and adversity; however they all share a need for a reliable, nurturing, and safe environment in order to successfully recover. As a result, we have designed our program to help clients increase their self-awareness, develop refined coping strategies, and cultivate their inherent strengths. Treatment Modalities
At Rising Phoenix Wellness Services, our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) & Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) prioritizes long-term treatment as a standard treatment philosophy, which allows our clients to develop the essential skills they need to find value in their life. We utilize evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Family Systems Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Trauma Informed Care, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Equine-Assisted Therapy. Our treatment team promotes a better understanding of how a client can reach their full potential. Clients have intensive access to structured group therapy, weekly individual therapy, continuous medication management, and restorative activities such as yoga and meditation. Groups
Mental Health Intensive Outpatient
Our Intensive Outpatient Program is individualized to allow clients who need flexibility to obtain treatment. The 12-week program uses several treatment modalities for individualized treatment needs. Clients will experience group psychotherapy, meditation, yoga and equine therapy. Each client is recommended to participate weekly in private and/or family therapy.
