Retreat's Behavioral Health Service Center is located just down the road from our residential facility. The proximity allows our patients to continue their journey once they've completed inpatient programming and are ready for the next level of care. Our Palm Beach County location offers an array of flexible programming and services for both mental health and substance use disorder. From individual and group programming to IOP, PHP, GOP services and most recently the ability to utilize tele health.
