About
DBT Outpatient Program at Restoration
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is a comprehensive therapeutic approach that research has found to be helpful with a variety of different disorders. Some of these disorders include borderline personality disorder, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and substance abuse. DBT's therapuetic approach includes four modules that are taught during the six month program. The four modules are: Core Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Restoration DBT has several licensed therapists who can tailor one's treatment to his or her needs. Restoration DBT has Skill Groups for preteens, teenagers, and adults. Call for more information and schedule an intake appointment.
Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program
Restoration offers a two month Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for teenagers who are between the ages of 14 and 18. The IOP meets three times a week and is lead by a licensed therapist. Teenagers who are struggling with persistent and intense emotional outbursts, unhealthy thoughts, erratic behaviors, and poor relationships may want to consider this more intensive therapeutic approach.
