Sierra Meadows Residential Mental Health
We offer Central California's premier, adult mental health Residential Treatment Center, Partial Hospitalization Program, and Intensive Outpatient Program. Our program is run by talented and experienced mental health clinicians that use evidenced based treatment to help restore health and functioning in those that are struggling with mental health conditions. We have a residential ("inpatient") treatment center where patients receive treatment 24/7. Services include psychiatry, nursing, individual and group therapy, and more. Sierra Meadows also has a partial hospitalization program and intensive outpatient program that meets four to five days per week, at our outpatient center. Patients receive an initial psychological assessment, an individualized treatment plan, group and individual therapy, and case management services. We serve adults with a wide range of mental health conditions including those who are having difficulty coping with life’s stressors due to heightened mental health symptoms. This includes those suffering from depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, personality disorders, and more. Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient
Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Treatment is available for adults who are experiencing heightened symptoms due to a mental health condition that may be prohibiting their day to day functionality. We offer a bridge for those who desire or require more than a once a week therapy appointment but do not qualify for hospitalization. We focus on tools to help each individual gain the necessary skills to self-manage their mental health in conjunction with their Psychiatrist. Our caring and qualified therapists and clinicians take a personal and vested interest in the outcome of every patient's needs, utilizing group and individual sessions to create a community and tool sharing space as well as an individually tailored program for each person. Our outpatient programs allow those working, in school, with family obligations and other passions to maintain their daily routine while receiving support from Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health. Many times mental health conditions ebb and flow during different seasons in life, and may seem well managed day to day and suddenly aren't. Developing new tools for different situations, changes or growth in life is what Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health specializes in. We offer a safe place to help support each individual during this time of transition or heightened management of their mental health. Perhaps a weekly therapy appointment doesn't feel like enough to grow or support the changes in symptoms or situation the individual is facing; Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health offers a 4 day IOP where a community of peers can promote healthy tool development under the guidance of our licensed professionals, and individual plans can be tailored to specific needs by a clinician and therapist that truly know every person because they see them several times a week.
