Red Mountain Sedona is a gender-inclusive independent living program for young adults ages 18–28 facing depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, ASD, substance use, and related challenges. We combine evidence-based therapy, mindfulness, life skills, executive function coaching, fitness, community engagement, and recreation to help students build healthy, independent lives. Our holistic approach nurtures mind, body, and spirit—empowering each student to grow, connect, and move toward a purposeful future in a supportive, serene, student-driven community.
