Inpatient Treatment
At Rebound Behavioral Health, we offer inpatient treatment for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with mental health concerns and addictions. Inpatient treatment typically lasts five to seven days and is a short-term program that can help people stabilize and learn techniques for managing their symptoms. Clients in our inpatient program can receive consistent monitoring and assistance from a team of experts in a safe environment. In inpatient programming, clients may participate in multiple evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). A client’s customized treatment plan can also include daily group counseling sessions and medication management services. We design a client’s care plan based on the results of an initial assessment they complete before they begin treatment. The care we offer is outcomes-driven and addresses the unique needs of each client so that it can lead to the best results. When someone has completed inpatient programming, we support their continued healing by providing them with an aftercare plan. Treatment Approach
In our adult inpatient program, we take a person-centered approach to treatment that focuses on each client’s unique needs. Before someone enters our care, they complete a detailed assessment so that our staff can understand their symptoms, medical history, and treatment needs. The information we gather from this assessment allows us to personalize a client’s care and recommend the most appropriate therapies and services. At our inpatient treatment center, a client’s care plan can include services such as detox, basic medical care, and medication management. We also provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions, based on each person’s needs. Staff-led therapy sessions can help our clients learn coping skills and develop emotion regulation strategies. These sessions can also provide an environment of encouragement as clients share their stories with each other and form supportive relationships. When you are ready to leave our inpatient program, our staff will work with you to help you prepare for the next steps of your treatment process. Our hospital offers a 63-bed inpatient program that serves adults who are struggling with mental health concerns and substance abuse. Our treatment center is situated on 50 acres and nestled among pine trees, scenic ponds, and walking paths. Clients who take part in our inpatient program reside at our facility, which is located between Charlotte, North Carolina, and Lancaster, South Carolina. Our team of professionals works together to help each client build a strong foundation for ongoing healing. We strive to uphold core values of safety, respect, trust, and collaboration as we serve our clients. The admissions assessment you take part in will give us the information we need to create your individualized treatment plan.
