The R&D Center is an Outpatient treatment center located in Delaware county, Pa. We specialize in suppoting individuals struggling with Alcohol and substance use, along with underlying Mental health issues like depression and anxiety. Our goal is to help individuals get back on track and live the life they want to live.
Our intial focus is to meet with clients and work out a reasonable treatment plan that will fit within the everyday dealings of life. A heavy emphasis is placed on goal setting and accountability, as well as developing healthy coping skills and emotion regulation. We believe improving quality of life is paramount in finding successful recovery. We specialize in helping working professionals along with clients who have issues of failure to launch, low self-esteem, chronic relapse and inability to progress in their lives. . We utilize CBT and ACT to help clients develop the necessary tools to accomplish their recovery goals and improve their quality of life. We help identify these goals and work hands-on with each client to offer resources, support and accountability to achieve them.
