Individual Adult & Couples Psychotherapy
Pure Health Center offers individual, couples, and family counseling services dedicated to helping clients gain healing through improved insight and empowerment. Our experienced staff offer evidence-based therapeutic techniques in a warm, upscale setting. Treatment goals are customized to attend to your wellness needs in a personal and attentive way. We offer evening and weekend availability so please navigate to our website to set up and appointment. We accept Blue Cross & Blue Shield PPO insurance plans or self pay. If finances are an obstacle for you, please consider meeting with our graduate interns who are supervised by the practice owners. They offer services on a sliding scale basis from $30-$50/session. We have three convenient locations: Roscoe Village, West Loop and downtown Arlington Heights.
Child, Adolescent, & Family Psychotherapy
Pure Health Center offers play-based therapy which can help young children gain tools to regulate their emotions, ask for what they need and process experiences that might be troubling them. For adolescents we use evidence-based therapeutic strategies to increase social skills, problem solving and resilience. We involve parents and families in treatment because understanding each other will help everyone get closer to the happy and calm home. We also offer pre and post-natal couples counseling as well as parent coaching because as we know our little one's do not come with an owner's manual and their is no "one size fits all" parenting.
Corporate Wellness and Continuing Education
Pure Health Center offers supervision, consultation, and continuing education for therapists. Current offerings will be updated on website. We also offer customized wellness workshops for offices or private events. Common topics Pure Health is asked to present on include: stress management and avoiding burnout, increasing self esteem and self care, mindfulness and meditation, nutrition for mental health, and creating better relationships.
