Psynergy's licensed adult residential facilities provide a housing option for individuals who desire a home-like setting coupled with care and supervision. In addition to adhering to certain standards of conduct, residents entering the program also must maintain a consistent level of participation and put forth a considerable degree of effort to meet program expectations. It is expected that each member will progress toward achieving their treatment and recovery goals and become eligible for graduation within a period of six to twelve months. At Psynergy, every member of the organization agrees to act together to safeguard each individual's recovery process by ensuring that everyone is treated in a safe and respectful way at all times. With our highly varied, international cuisine, we try to "transport" our clients to places they've never been before- from North American comfort food to European, Asian and Caribbean specialties. Psynergy Programs recognizes that clients understand and appreciate high standards of cuisine and care. This does not change simply because they are going through a crisis. When clients experience cooking and accommodation comparable to what they would receive in a home setting, it is easier to visualize themselves going home. When clients interact at mealtimes with peers, staff and family, it is a real opportunity to share conversation and connection. What we do is more than just cook quality food.
