RO-DBT Skills Class
RO-DBT is a treatment for those struggling with overcontrolled behavior and emotional loneliness. Candidates for this treatment need help learning how to be open to new experiences and beliefs, as well as how to increase intimacy and connection with others. RO-DBT class is a psychoeducational, skills-based group in which members learn skills related to flexibility, openness, and increasing social connectedness.

Sunday DBT Skills Group
This is the real deal, not "DBT informed." The group leader has been intensively trained in DBT, and will teach from the Linehan group text covering all of the 4 skills modules: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Distress Tolerance. This group is perfect for anyone who wants to learn DBT skills but struggles to have time during the week! $125 per group session.
