Groups
Day Treatment (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
Prosperity specializes in eating disorder day treatment programming (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP). PHP runs 5 days a week from 8-3pm. IOP is offered three days a week from 5 pm-8 pm. We offer Binge Eating IOP, Teens and Adult IOP program at all our locations. Prosperity offers free Parent Support groups on Mondays at 5 via Zoom. Free Aftercare groups for graduates of Prosperity's Programs on Tuesdays at 6pm.

Meal Support
Breaking old habits can be challenging. Meal Support Group offers a safe, supportive and fun environment eating dinner with other clients and a Prosperity Dietician. This group is a great opportunity to receive support, accountability, and guidance when having and completing nutritious meals. Bring your own balanced meal Monday - Wednesday; on Thursday evening, Prosperity provides the meal. Binge Eating Disorder Group
Binge Eating disorder can be overwhelming and shameful. In our Binge Eating Disorder Group, we foster an encouraging and safe environment to teach the skills and methods of overcoming Binge Eating Disorder.The use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy are used. Prosperity offers two groups for Binge Eating Disorder; one for adults on Monday at 7:00PM and another for teens on Tuesday at 7:00PM.
