Valle Vista Health System seeks to help adults with mental health issues and substance use disorder for Opioids and Alcohol. Valle Vista offers inpatient adult chemical detox, inpatient adult mental health as well as an adult dual diagnosis program. Valle Vista also has half day and full day outpatient group therapy. Our New Vista Program is a medication assisted treatment program for adults that includes individual and group therapies. Valle Vista can treat children as young as 12 years old who struggle with mental health issues, suicidal ideation and self-harm with our inpatient programming as well as half day and full day outpatient group therapy programs. Crossroad residential programs for children and youth, ages 6 to 21, are offered on our Fort Wayne campus. Our programs include Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) Secure Intensive Treatment, Open Residential Programming, and Diagnostic Evaluation. Our residential programs are available to all qualified children and referrals are accepted from judges, youth serving professionals, educators, counselors, parents, and others.
