Wellness Check-Ins – Once you have finished your time with us, we’ll schedule a 6 month follow up phone call for you to chat with your therapist for 15 minutes to check in. We’ve found that having a mental and emotional wellness check-in is an opportunity for our clients who have completed sessions to either share with us what’s been going on!
