We utilize various evidence-based practices to include: Sand Tray Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Approaches. Some of the common conditions we treat include, but are not limited to: anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and mood related disorders.
