Plena Mind Center is a beautiful 12-patient outpatient Partial Hospitalization Program/Intensive Outpatient Program for children, tweens and adolescents (5 to 18) located in a suburban area just north of Chicago. We value innovation, holistic philosophies, and a truly personal approach to ensure our patients and their families can live their fullest lives.
