The counselors at Pinnacle Counseling are dedicated to working with our clients to create a safe, nurturing environment for change for individuals, couples, and families of all ages. Our goal is to work with you to establish what change looks like, assist you in breaking old patterns and overcoming challenges, and to further your personal growth. We meet our clients where they are in the process, and empower them to move forward at the speed which feels most comfortable. Relationships are our Focus
While all our therapists differ in their backgrounds and specialties, the core theme in our work is that we are systemically trained therapists. This means we are trained not just to look at an individual's life in a vacuum; we are examining all relationships and environmental factors to that person to evaluate every area that may be helping or hindering their progress. This applies to our couples' work as well, which makes up over half of our practice clientele. We consider each partner's individual needs and responsibilities in relationship work, but also what is best for the relationship itself to help both partners come to a resolution that feels best for them moving forward, whether that's together or apart. We can typically get new clients appointments with a clinician in our practice within one week, and pride ourselves in responding to clients within 1 business day, as we know often making the first phone call or email can be the hardest step to beginning a therapy process. In addition to our typical, weekly therapy appointments, we also offer specialized more time-limited programs for relationships at different points in the life cycle, including pre-marital, points of family growth, or ambivalence about ending or continuing the relationship. We also offer counseling services for less traditional relationships, such as business relationships either between family members or close friends where the relationship issues are getting in the way of the professional responsibilities, or consulting and supervision services for other therapists or practice owners. Lastly, we are proud to offer services in Spanish as well as English, and we see clients Monday-Sundays to accommodate even the busiest of schedules. Groups
New Moms Support Group
A virtual support space for any person who has recently given birth up to 18 months postpartum. Members set the agenda and will have the opportunity to explore the unique realities of becoming a new mom in a world dominated by insta-perfect standards. Members can expect to gain access to a safe space within a peer group of new moms where authentic processing occurs, growth is encouraged, and connections are fostered.
