Comprehensive, Compassionate & Individualized
Comprehensive, Compassionate & Individualized. We recognize the complex interplay of physical, emotional and psychological factors that contribute to these conditions and work to address them through a holistic treatment model. Our team of experienced clinicians, including psychiatrists, dietitians and therapists, collaborate to provide evidence-based therapies tailored to each individual’s unique needs through a range of specialized treatment options including partial hospitalization, outpatient therapy and psychiatric urgent care. Pediatric Partial Hospitalization Program
The Pediatric Partial Hospitalization Program provides a higher level of care for kids (ages 12 - high school) who need intensive support but do not require 24-hour inpatient care. We emphasize creating a safe and supportive environment where kids can build self-awareness, improve their relationship with food and develop healthier coping strategies. Our approach integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT-E), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT/RO-DBT), family-based therapy (FBT), and nutrition education, along with medical monitoring, to ensure comprehensive care. We believe in treating the whole person and support recovery not just through symptom management, but by fostering long-term well-being and personal growth. Outpatient Therapy
Outpatient therapy is available for all ages at multiple locations and through teletherapy. For those who need ongoing support after completing higher levels of care or prefer a less intensive treatment option, our outpatient therapy services offer continued counseling and guidance. Through individual therapy, family therapy and specialized nutritional counseling, our outpatient program helps individuals maintain progress, prevent relapse, and continue their recovery in a more flexible, lower-intensity setting. We also work closely with families, as they play a critical role in the healing process. With a focus on understanding the underlying psychological and emotional drivers of eating disorders, we aim to help individuals regain control over their lives and achieve lasting recovery.
