Pathway Caring for Children Therapy Services
Pathway's mental health therapy and counseling services can help children, families, and adults experiencing a wide range of difficulties. Partnering with schools, parents, teachers, and physicians, Pathway therapists help to strengthen the lives of children and families. We are committed to forming an individualized plan that may include individual or group therapy, support groups, or case management in an effort to bring about positive change and growth. Pathway's Trauma Informed Care
At Pathway, we are sensitive to the fact that many of our clients have experienced some type of traumatic event in their lives. We understand the strong impact trauma has on a person's physical, emotional, mental, and social experiences. Our therapists utilize specialized approaches, including TF-CBT, DBT and EMDR, to promote open communication and to help develop healthy coping skills. CPST case management (Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment) is a program that provides support to a client with the goal of improving their ability to succeed in school, home, work, and/or the community. A case manager will work with the client to identify and access needed services meant to empower the child and their family. CPST and Therapists work closely as a team to provide comprehensive individualized treatment to children and families. About Pathway Caring for Children
