About Our Program
Paradigm Treatment has a long track record of providing high-quality, accessible treatment for teens and adults struggling with mental and emotional health issues. At Paradigm Idaho, we offer teen (13-17) and adult residential programs that operate independently. Our 30–90 day residential program provides intensive therapy to help our clients get to the core issues. We help clients build self-awareness, heal from past traumas, learn coping strategies, life skills, and interpersonal tactics. Our skilled medical, clinical, and psychological staff work closely with each client, ensuring personalized support from the moment they enter our program. At Paradigm, we empower our clients to build meaningful lives and equip them with skills to thrive beyond the completion of our program. Treatment Approach
At Paradigm Treatment, we specialize in addressing the core issues affecting our clients and their families. We offer a 30–90-day residential program that is one of the most intensive clinical programs in the country. Our program entails 4 sessions of individual therapy per week, group therapy, family therapy, psychiatric assessments, medication management, recreational therapy, nutrition, and academic support. While therapy forms the cornerstone of our program, we prioritize addressing the whole person through healthy eating, physical exercise, and overall self-care. Our dedicated team of mental health professionals goes beyond merely managing negative coping skills, focusing instead on the deeper emotional and mental health issues that drive the behaviors. Our holistic treatment approach empowers young adults and their families to achieve sustainable recovery and lead healthy lives. At Paradigm Treatment, accessibility matters. On our mission to help as people as possible, Paradigm is in-network with most major insurance carriers including Anthem, Optum, ComPsych, Kaiser, MHN, Multiplan, and Zelis. We accept all major insurance, and when not contracted, work extensively with insurance on an out-of-network basis. Paradigm Treatment has programs in California, Idaho and Texas.
