Sanare Today offers Outpatient Individual and Group Therapy, Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization for individuals in crisis or who are struggling with maintaining emotional stability or sobriety. Treatment ranges from one day per week to daily group programming. Groups are offered for tweens, adolescents and adults with a focus on mental health, substance use, DBT, trauma and LGBTQ-specific populations. Family support is encouraged throughout the treatment process to ensure accountability outside of the treatment space.
