White Deer Run is a network of treatment centers located throughout the state of Pennsylvania. In 16 different locations, White Deer Run helps treat individuals who are struggling with substance abuse, as well as those who are afflicted with co-occurring disorders. We specifically treat individuals who are addicted to substances like alcohol, heroin, cocaine, meth, stimulants, inhalants, opioids, prescription drugs, and synthetic marijuana, as well as individuals who suffer from co-occurring conditions including bipolar disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, depression, and anxiety. Row Psychiatric Services IOP offers comprehensive mental health services for and children and adolescents ages 5-13. Our multidisciplinary team will work to meet the specific needs of each child including psychiatric medication management, individual and group psychotherapy, family therapy, and parent psychoeducation. Treatment involves collaboration between the treatment team, the child, and the child's family. Row's IOP supports positive changes while ensuring the integrity of the family unit through preventative, therapeutic intervention. The average length of the program is four weeks. IOP groups are run by mental health therapists, while medications are managed by psychiatric prescribers. The program incorporates evidence-based treatments, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). Steps to Recovery is a premier substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health disorder outpatient program with a new location coming to Lehigh Valley, PA. For both substance use disorder and mental health clients, we will offer separate programs for each population. Our programs will include partial hospitalization treatment, intensive outpatient treatment (day and night programs), and outpatient care, all with the support of a psychiatric provider, licensed clinicians, and experienced professionals. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) options as well as psychiatric medication management will be offered at all levels of care. Our programs are trauma-informed, individualized, and accredited by the Human Rights Campaign as a leader in providing LGBTQ+ services. We take a comprehensive and collaborative approach to care in a comfortable and safe environment prioritizing integrity, connection, and authenticity.

TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation), is a safe, non-invasive, effective treatment option for individuals suffering from Major Depressive Disorder who have not seen satisfactory results from antidepressants. These pulses will feel like tapping on the scalp. When delivered at the correct frequency and intensity, the pulses create localized electromagnetic fields which have the ability to stimulate nerve cells in the brain. Although treatment plans are individualized, the typical course of treatment is 5 times a week, for 6 weeks. Each individual treatment session takes approximately 20 minutes to complete, and patients can resume daily activities immediately after treatment. TMS does not use anesthesia, and patients are fully alert for the duration of the treatment session. TMS can be used as a stand-alone therapy, or in conjunction with medication and psychotherapies. TMS does not have the same side effects as traditional medications, and is generally well tolerated. The most common side effects are mild headache and sensitivity at the site of stimulation.
