Overstory Health
We provide structured, intensive mental health treatment for adults ages 13–64 in the Boston area who need more support than standard weekly therapy but do not require inpatient hospitalization. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is available in English and Spanish and our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offer evidence-based care with flexible evening schedules. Programs include group therapy, individual therapy, as-needed medication management, and family support counseling, giving you the tools, structure, and clinical support needed to stabilize symptoms and move toward lasting recovery.
