New Outpatient Facility serving Central NJ
Overcome is a new state-of-the-art addiction treatment facility in Lakewood, NJ. We offer counseling and support services for individuals who need help with substance use disorder (SUD) as well as with co-occurring mental health in an outpatient setting. We offer a specialty kosher track - Overcome is a first to include working with the Orthodox Jewish community and understanding and respecting the religious adherences. The Crossroads Companies is committed to helping the New Jersey community battle the opioid epidemic. The success of treatment at three of our other facilities in South NJ is based on our unique methodology. Our highly specialized treatment programs designed by experts include EMDR, trauma informed care and culturally sensitive and family-based addiction treatment. Our rehab drug treatment services are an ideal option for individuals who may not require residential recovery but do need the daily support and supervision to get through withdrawal phases and break out of addiction cycles.
Personalized Outpatient Treatment
We are passionate about finding the path that works best for our clients on their road to recovery. Partial Care (PHP): A total of 20-30 hours of treatment services are provided weekly. PHP provides daily access to structured treatment and professional support during the client’s continued recovery. Clients attend sessions for several hours every day, including individual and group therapy to continue to develop healthy ways of coping. Intensive Outpatient (IOP): A total of 9-10 hours of treatment services are provided weekly. IOPs are often the next step after PHP or residential recovery services. The IOP typically begins with participation four times each week, but as clients work through the program and meet clinical milestones, participation requirements taper off. General Outpatient (GOP): A total of 1-3 hours of treatment services per week are provided. It includes group and individual counseling sessions and other support activities that take place during day and evening hours. At this point in recovery, clients only attend sessions once a week to continue to manage triggers and issues that arise as they return fully to daily life.
