Welcome! As a clinical psychologist, I help adults who are struggling with anxiety, social anxiety, insomnia, low self-esteem, and interpersonal difficulties. I also work with people who are experiencing significant loss or life transitions. I provide a confidential, safe, and compassionate setting where you can feel understood on your own terms. My eclectic approach to treatment includes psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness perspectives, and I tailor my approach to meet the individual needs of each client.
I have an interest in helping teenagers (17 and up) and adults overcome social anxiety through individual or group psychotherapy. I also work with people who struggle with sleep issues, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-Insomnia (CBT-I). I incorporate relaxation and mindfulness techniques and I am a certified Focusing Oriented Therapist.
I am comfortable with both in-person and remote sessions to accommodate out-of-area clients
