STAR Guides is an outdoor therapeutic program designed for youth and young adults who are struggling with problematic sexual behavior. STAR Guides provides families with navigation through these challenges. Regardless of past behaviors, we believe that all youth can learn to achieve healthy sexuality. Research suggests that for many, sexual problematic behavior first begins during the adolescent years. STAR Guides helps youth to deal with these problems while they are still young. Many youth in today's modern world find themselves lost and in need of direction as they attempt to navigate the thick darkness that accompanies sexual behavior problems. Based in beautiful St. George, Utah the program provides teens and young adults with a high impact, life-changing therapeutic wilderness experience in the heart of the majestic red rock of the high desert of Southern Utah. Madrone believes treating the medical, therapeutic, and nutritional issues of each client concurrently provides stronger, more effective recovery. Aftercare services are initiated well before discharge, ensuring that clients have a network of support ready and waiting. Madrone offers both financial and therapeutic case management support, interfacing with insurance companies and the client's home treatment team (primary physician, dietitian, therapist), so each client is able to progress through the continuum of care in the most optimized way.

Do you have an eating disorder? We offer Free Support Groups, Individual, Marriage and Family Counseling as well as Art Therapy to help with eating disorders of all kinds at our Center. We also offer therapy for issues other than eating disorders such as for problems with anxiety, depression, grief, addictions, sex abuse and for relationship and family difficulties. We are a State Certified Mental Health Clinic and have some of the most experienced therapists in the area, as well as Registered Interns. We also work closely with Psychiatrists, Primary Care Physicians, Registered Dietitians and an Eco-Therapy Center to provide Team Treatment specific to you.

Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy (EFP) are therapy sessions for personal growth and treatment for those with mental disorders. Sessions are available to adults and adolescents and can be in an individual or group therapy setting. The Therapy Team consists of a Mental Health Therapist (certified with EAGALA- Equine Assisted Growth And Learning Association), the Equine Specialist (certified with PATH), and at least one horse. Clients interact with the horses in order to promote growth and learning.

The Firefly Institute provides a counseling program to support individuals, couples, groups and families across the lifespan.
