Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment proven to help teens struggling with emotion dysregulation, self-harming behavior, suicidal ideation, and other mental health issues. Evolve’s Comprehensive DBT residential treatment center is the first of its kind in California and one of only a handful in the entire country. Many of our teens struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, borderline personality disorder, addiction or other high-acuity issues. We offer individual therapy (at least 3 times a week), family therapy (2 times a week, with out-of-state families participating remotely), DBT Skills Training Groups (4 times a week), and skills-coaching (24/7). We provide a continuum of care including residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient services (OP). Our peaceful setting has inspired a program of holistic healing, designed to meet your individualized needs. 30, 60, and 90+ day programs available, with options for long-term care and sober living. Opal: Food + Body Wisdom is a locally owned eating disorder treatment center in the heart of Seattle's University District. We provide Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient services for people of all genders 18+ with eating disorders and disordered eating. Opal offers mental health counseling, nutrition counseling, family therapy and psychiatric services at all levels of care. We now provide non-clinical, free lodging for our PHP and IOP clients.
