Using Neurofeedback, people of all ages can effortlessly learn to re-condition their brains to correct unbalanced brain wave activity, resulting in improved day-to-day functioning. You can think of Neurofeedback as "brain training." Like a muscle, your brain gets stronger the more you train it. When the brain works better, you feel better and do better. Neurofeedback has an 85 - 90% success rate in reducing symptoms of ADHD, and has been deemed a "Level 1, Best Support Treatment" by the American Academy of Pediatrics for ADHD, which is the highest level of support. Research using neurofeedback with Autism shows promising results, such as some students improving sufficiently to be mainstreamed into regular classes. In cases such as behavioral problems in children (e.g., temper tantrums, aggression), Neurofeedback can help children learn to control impulsive behaviors. For depression, a gradual lifting of mood and energy can occur. In cases of anxiety, people can experience decreased frequency and intensity of anxiety. For migraines, there's a reduction of intensity, duration and frequency, even for people resistant to medication. With Neurofeedback, unlike medications, you are in control of your own treatment, there are no side effects, and training is time-limited.

Water Gap Wellness serves individuals who have a primary mental health diagnosis, substance use disorder or co-occurring disorder. Roxbury is an inpatient detox and rehab facility for adults with a specialty in treating co-occurring mental health disorders. Roxbury’s inpatient substance use disorder unit is also a contracted and certified Tricare facility and can treat active duty military members, their dependents, and veterans. Our program offers individualized treatment planning, 12 step programming, SMART Recovery, group therapy, individual and family therapy, as well as medication management and a full psychiatric evaluation. We also offer Medication Assisted Treatment in the forms of Suboxone, Sublocade, oral Naltrexone and Vivitrol.

At Providence Treatment, we offer a full array of treatment modalities with a mind, body and spiritual focus. We conduct a thorough and complete assessment with each client, keeping in mind the risks of early recovery. The recommendations made by the clinical team may include services such as: psychological testing, yoga, various types of psychotherapy, medication evaluation and management, and monitoring, which helps form the blueprint for the course of treatment. The Pennsylvania Behavioral Health Center provides comprehensive mental health care services to individuals 18 & up who are experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and have varying degrees of severity of their mental health challenges. We provide treatment for a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and eating disorders. We also offer specialized treatment for individuals struggling with substance abuse and addiction. The needs of our clients vary widely, and we strive to provide personalized and individualized care to meet their unique needs. Many of our clients require assistance with medication management, therapy, and counseling to address their mental health concerns. Others may require more intensive treatment, such as inpatient hospitalization, to address acute symptoms and prevent the risk of harm to themselves or others.
