Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) forms the foundation of our group therapy sessions, but we also use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), the 12 Steps of recovery, and the Gorski model of relapse prevention. We may also recommend individual, family, and experiential therapies depending on a person’s specific situation. Most people participate in this program for about two weeks, though each person’s actual length of stay in our program is based on their individual progress.
