Omni Mental Health’s Adult DBT outpatient, state-adherent, program serves a diverse range of clients who need support with significant mental health challenges, including depression, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, and other mental health conditions that severely impact their daily functioning and emotional well-being.

Omni's DBT program takes a comprehensive and skill-based approach. Through weekly individual therapy, structured skills groups, and phone coaching, clients learn strategies in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness. This state-certified, year-long program offers consistent support and personalized care.
