Utilizing evidence-based practices, programming focuses on skill-building, emotional regulation, and improving daily functioning while allowing clients to maintain work, school, and family responsibilities. Our Maternal Wellness groups support pregnant & postpartum individuals experiencing mood changes, anxiety, depression, or adjustment stress. Groups provide a safe, supportive space to build coping skills, reduce isolation, and strengthen emotional wellbeing, while also offering education/guidance on nutrition to support mood stability and overall wellness.
