Old Vineyard Behavioral Health Services, is a private psychiatric hospital located on a beautiful campus in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for referrals and no cost confidential mental health assessments. Old Vineyard specializes in inpatient treatment for adolescents (ages 12-17) and adults. Adult specialty inpatient programs include Dual Diagnosis (SUD), Trauma Recovery, Mood Disorders and Seniors. Outpatient adult programs include Partial Hospitalization (day) and Intensive Outpatient and are available for mental health and those with dual substance use disorder. Old Vineyard Behavioral Health Services has specially trained staff that includes Psychiatrists, licensed therapists, 24-hour nursing staff, licensed and certified recreation therapists, and BA/BS direct-care counselors. Each member of our staff is committed to serving patients with compassion and the highest quality of care. This is a group program available both in-person or virtual with a goal to improve life management and coping skills. This program meets daily M-F from 9:30-3:30 for approximately two weeks.
