Adult PHP
Rolling Hills Hospital, located in Ada, Oklahoma, provides a partial hospitalization program (PHP) for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with mental health disorders and substance use concerns. This outpatient level of care may be ideal for people who can benefit from structured support but don’t necessarily need inpatient treatment. In our PHP, clients take part in therapies five days a week for six hours per day, for four to six weeks. Clients meet regularly with a psychiatrist and attend individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Group therapy is the main form of treatment in our PHP, and clients attend sessions six times a day, five days a week. We offer educational, interactive, and expressive groups where clients can learn about medication compliance, conflict resolution, life skills, and how to build healthy relationships. Clients have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, which may include nurses, social workers, licensed professional counselors, addiction counselors, and therapists. PHP clients can also enjoy various experiential activities, such as drama, music, art, and outdoor therapies. Adult IOP
Rolling Hills Hospital’s intensive outpatient program (IOP) provides structured treatment for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychosis, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, and suicidal ideation. This flexible treatment option allows clients to work, attend school, or participate in other daily activities while receiving care for mental health concerns. Clients can enter our IOP directly or after completing a higher level of care, such as our partial hospitalization program or acute inpatient treatment program. Clients take part in our IOP for three hours per day, three days a week, for four to six weeks. Licensed therapists and social workers lead three group therapy sessions during each day of treatment. Clients can engage in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing (MI), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and 12-Step groups. Topics covered in group sessions may include communication, anger management, and relapse prevention. Clients may also participate in individual, family, and experiential therapies as needed. We also offer transportation services for anyone who lives within a 25-mile radius of the hospital. At Rolling Hills, we strive to provide a unique and hopeful environment where clients can learn the skills for continued well-being. We encourage our clients to be excited about what they are learning in therapy and to share their thoughts and feelings with their peers. After a client completes outpatient treatment, we assist them in locating appropriate aftercare support in their community. This may involve connecting them with traditional outpatient therapy or helping them schedule doctor appointments.
