Providers for Healthy Living's Groups
ADHD Skills Group - Virtual/Video Group
This group teaches skills to adults with ADHD or those who struggle with executive function difficulties (planning, organization, time management, and emotion regulation). We cover these skills because medication often doesn't help with these aspects of ADHD and patients still struggle with them despite medication changes or dose adjustments. This group is currently being offered virtually due to COVID.
DBT Skills Group - Virtual/Video Group
This group teaches the four DBT modules - mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Each module is 8 weeks long and it takes 24 weeks to complete the entire series. This group is currently being offered virtually due to COVID.
