Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program
IOP is an in-person therapy combining group therapy, individual counseling, and educational workshops for those struggling with mental health diagnoses (Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, PTSD, etc.). This group meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 2:00-5:00 p.m. Each IOP meeting is split into two sessions, each one with one of our licensed psychologists to build mood management, impulse control, recovery motivation, and building life skills with support of a community facing similar challenges. Dual Diagnosis Intensive Outpatient Program
Another form of IOP we offer is an in-person Dual Diagnosis program that focuses on Alcohol and Substance Use Disorder in addition to the patient’s mental health. This group meets Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 2:00-5:00 p.m. This group includes sessions with our on-site registered dietician along with our psychologists. Cost and Contact

Nature & Nurture is a mental health facility located in Irvine, CA. We offer DBT oriented Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) for adolescents and adults struggling with mood disorders, eating disorders, and dual diagnosis.
